I recently visited Guitar Factory in Parramatta to purchase a learner’s guitar for my son and was immensely satisfied with their service. The staff were notably honest and professional, guiding me through their extensive range with patience and expertise. Their honest advice was invaluable in selecting the perfect guitar for a beginner. Highly recommended for their excellent service.

A well stocked guitar shop. Some really great stock with ranges from fender, Gibson, Martin and Taylor. Plus the usual synth and other brands. However some really good additional products from Ernie Ball, Nik Huber etc that really round out some interesting products to have a try. The amp room is hampered by the shape of the shop and is a bit dark and dingy. The top shelf acoustic room is well stocked but a little cramped. The team here were attentive and really open to letting me A-B some instruments.

I found all the staff there helpful to setup gear to demo the guitars. It was a real pleasure to speak with and share views and opinions... Without pressure or agendas. Oh and certainly found what I wanted in the end! I guess the range of products and (Bronson's) knowledge and experience allowed me to choose the best option for me. This guitar has an innovative design, like a bolt on neck and shape that really makes it perfect for what I need. I like to record my guitar 🎸 and so the cool Fishman electronics gets that done nicely. For gigs the cross brace in the photo reduces feedback issues. Happy 😁 with the service and guitar tech setup too, nice job Guitar Factory.

I'm a picky and fairly demanding customer and the whole crew at Guitar Factory have been nothing but awesome to purchase with. Their prices on some products are on the higher end but some products are super competitive, but nothing beats having access to a diverse range of guitars in a brick and mortar store to try and find your dream axe.

I recently purchased a Fender 'Wayne Kramer' Road Worn Stratocaster. Not everyone's cup of tea but a bucket list guitar for me. This guitar was absolutely as described, literally as new and arrived in WA, 3 days after purchase. Packed carefully, this guitar has exceeded my expectations. Many Thanks Guitar Factory Parramatta

Great selection of over priced guitars for sure. I always go here to see how they play before purchasing elsewhere online. The checkout chicks look down at you through their nose and unsure as to why that is considering their role. Don’t respond to emails unless it’s regarding the aforementioned overpriced instruments. Always take a pick before I leave!
